BASE is a trust which is being managed by an Executive Committee which consists President, Vice Presidents, Secretary, Assistant General Secretaries, Treasurer and executive members. There are three layers of memberships; General, Associate and Students. General member is the highest category which forms the Executive Committee in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year.
Income and expenditure accounts are maintained by the office under the constant guidance of financial advisors. In AGM, accounts gets presented and discussed. Then it get audited by certified auditors. Further, the income tax return file also gets done accordingly every year.
